Using Voyancea
Terms of use and sale
How Voyancea conversations and purchases work, including responses, credits, and consumer rights.
Last updated November 5, 2026
1. Purpose of the service
Voyancea offers conversations and tarot readings generated with the help of artificial intelligence for entertainment and personal reflection.
OPEN YOUR MIND, LLC operates the service. Its identity and contact information are in the legal notice. The terms of use below cover accounts and conversations, including test access. The terms of sale supplement these rules for paid offers and are accepted separately with each order.
2. Important limits
Voyancea cannot know or guarantee the future or replace a professional. Responses are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency advice. If you are in immediate danger or distress, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.
The terms “fortune-telling,” “guidance,” and “reading” describe the entertainment service. They do not refer to a proven ability or professional expertise. A personalized response does not mean the system knows your real circumstances. If a conversation upsets you or using the service becomes overwhelming, pause and seek appropriate human support. The human support page is available without credits.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 to use the service.
- Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- Do not share or resell an account or use it to circumvent limits.
- You can export your data and delete your account from your account area.
Signing up requires you to accept the terms explicitly and confirm that you are an adult. Neither box is preselected. We record when you accepted the terms and which version you accepted. Your declaration does not verify your age through documents. Access to readings requires a valid acceptance. Keep your credentials private and report suspicious access using the contact information in the legal notice. Never send your password in a complaint.
4. Introductory offer
The three free questions are available once per person. Technical checks based on your device and a fingerprint of your IP address can limit repeated account creation. The privacy policy explains these checks.
Private test access does not grant unlimited or permanent access. The test screen shows its limits. Reaching a limit does not trigger a purchase. Features shown on the site that are unavailable or being checked are not promised. In demonstration mode, do not enter a real credit or debit card.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Voyancea to do any of the following.
- Break the law or infringe someone else’s rights.
- Harass, threaten, or distribute clearly unlawful content.
- Attack the service’s security or bypass its restrictions without authorization.
- Automate requests at scale or disrupt the site.
- Impersonate someone, disclose private information, or manipulate another person.
- Present a generated response as evidence of a fact, diagnosis, or accusation.
A message may be declined or redirected for safety reasons. Complaints, criticism, and reports made in good faith are not abuse. Automatic safeguards can make mistakes. Use your own judgment, since they cannot ensure every response will be appropriate.
6. Chat responses, artificial intelligence, and liability
Chat responses and interpretations are generated automatically by AI models running on technical providers’ servers. Voyancea may also show predefined safety or service-limit messages. The content does not come from a consultation with a human professional and is not routinely reviewed by a person before it is displayed.
Even a confidently worded response can be wrong, made up, incomplete, contradictory, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Voyancea promises no personal, relationship, professional, or financial outcome. Readings and interpretations cannot prove facts about the future, other people’s thoughts, or their private lives.
These limits apply to all chat responses, including follow-ups, summaries, and tarot interpretations. Think critically and verify important information with a reliable source. If a decision concerns your health, legal position, finances, or safety, seek a qualified professional and avoid relying on this content alone. The chat does not provide emergency assistance.
Voyancea guarantees neither the accuracy of each response nor that a symbolic interpretation will come true. You remain in control of your choices. A response is not an instruction or a promise of results by the operator. These warnings are not a general waiver of liability. OPEN YOUR MIND, LLC remains responsible for its own obligations as provided by law, including when it uses an AI provider. Nothing here reduces or removes your mandatory rights, including your right to a remedy if the operator fails to meet its obligations.
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or an issue with a provider. An interruption does not take away your legal rights. Voyancea works to preserve your questions or credits when a generation fails.
You can report a response that appears dangerous, discriminatory, or clearly false using the contact information in the legal notice. Include the date and the relevant excerpt while leaving out unnecessary sensitive data. Continuing the conversation does not automatically alert a human team. The chat does not provide immediate handling of emergencies.
7. Paid offers and agreement to purchase
Offers open for purchase are subject to the terms of sale, which cover price, content, payment, withdrawal, warranties, duration, and cancellation. Testing or demonstration screens do not open commercial sales. Accepting these terms does not place a paid order, authorize a charge, or waive your right of withdrawal. Creating an account does not start a subscription.
8. Intellectual property
The Voyancea name, interface, text, visual identity, and software may not be reproduced or used without permission, except as allowed by law.
You keep the rights you hold in your own messages. Sending them does not transfer ownership to Voyancea. The privacy policy explains how we process them to provide and secure the service. You may keep the responses you receive for personal use. Before sharing an excerpt, check that it does not disclose private information and identify the content as AI-generated rather than as an established fact.
9. Access restrictions and account closure
If there is fraud, a security threat, or a breach of these rules, any restriction must be proportionate to the problem. Immediate action may be needed to protect the service or a person. You can ask for an explanation and contest the measure using the contact information in the legal notice, subject to confidentiality required for security or by law. A restriction does not remove your legal rights.
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account. Deletion follows the privacy policy, including applicable retention obligations. Deleting your account does not waive your remedies.
10. Personal data and conversation history
The privacy policy explains what data we use, our providers, retention periods, and how to exercise your rights. Leave out passwords, full payment details, and unnecessary sensitive information. Avoid identifying other people in your questions.
Conversation history and automatic memory across readings are separate features. The private chat can keep messages on your account so you can resume a conversation without enabling automatic memory across readings. Each screen explains its limits. History does not guarantee that Voyancea fully understands your conversations. The service’s privacy protections are not the same as the professional confidentiality of a doctor or lawyer.
11. Complaints and resolving problems
If you have trouble accessing the service, receive a problematic response, or want to make a complaint, use the contact form. Describe the problem and the resolution you are seeking. You keep any available legal remedies. Voyancea does not present an undesignated mediator as a partner. The terms of sale identify the applicable mediation process when a paid offer is available.
12. Changes to the terms and proof of acceptance
If the terms change materially, you will be asked to accept them again before continuing your readings. This does not make new obligations apply retroactively. If you decline, you can stop using the service and contact the operator to exercise your account and data rights. You may dispute the record of acceptance. It is not conclusive evidence against you.
13. Legal rights and final provisions
The operator’s establishment in the United States does not take away any mandatory protections that apply to you. These terms do not require a foreign court or mandatory arbitration. The applicable law and court are determined under the rules in force. If a provision is found unenforceable, the others remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. An unenforceable provision is not automatically replaced with one less favorable to you.
Terms of sale
Version dated November 5, 2026 · Reference 2026-11-05.
These terms cover paid offers that are open for purchase. An offer marked “Coming soon” cannot be purchased. Signing up and accepting the terms of use never places an order or authorizes a charge.
V1. Seller and support
Voyancea is the trade name of the service operated by OPEN YOUR MIND, LLC. The seller’s identification and contact information are available in the legal notice and the order summary.
OPEN YOUR MIND, LLC
651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709, États-Unis
Use the contact form for questions about billing, the service, withdrawal, and warranties. Please leave out passwords and full card numbers. Contact emergency services or a qualified professional if you need urgent help or care.
V2. What you are buying
The service offers written conversations for entertainment and personal reflection, automatically generated with artificial intelligence. One credit covers one response actually delivered to a message, including a follow-up in an existing conversation. Opening a conversation, reading its history, and renaming it do not use credits.
Free questions are used first, followed by units from an active subscription if you have one, according to the displayed balance. Purchased credits are used when needed. A predefined safety message, a declined generation, or an error without a delivered response should not result in a final debit. If a unit was reserved before an error, it is restored once the failure is confirmed.
Credits are personal and can be used on this account. They cannot be converted into cash or transferred to another account, and they do not renew automatically. Packs do not expire. This rule does not limit refunds provided by law. Each purchase adds only the number of units shown. It provides no unlimited access, guaranteed prediction, or human consultation.
Conversations and history require a recent browser, an internet connection, and a signed-in account. You pay for your own internet connection. When offered, dictation and read-aloud depend on browser compatibility and microphone permissions and do not involve a human service. Automatic memory across conversations and other features absent from the order summary are not included merely because the site mentions them.
V3. Prices, packs, and subscriptions
| Offer | Total price |
|---|---|
| 1 credit | €1.99 |
| 5 credits | €6.99 |
| 10 credits | €9.99 |
| Premium, if available · 30 responses per monthly period | €9.99 per month |
| Premium Plus, if available · 100 responses per monthly period | €19.99 per month |
Before you pay, we show the total due including taxes, any billing frequency, and what the offer includes. Mandatory additional charges cannot be added without prior disclosure. A pack is a one-time purchase. When a subscription is offered, it renews monthly at the agreed price until canceled. Its units are valid for the indicated period and do not roll over to the next month. Separately purchased credits remain separate.
The price you accept applies to that order. Later price changes do not retroactively increase the price of a pack you have already paid for. Subscription price or content changes must be communicated before they take effect, with the cancellation options required by law. They do not take effect through an unannounced edit to this page. Using up units does not trigger an automatic payment or top-up.
V4. Orders and payment
Choose an offer, review its features and price, and accept these terms using an unchecked box before proceeding to secure Stripe checkout. You can change your selection or leave before final confirmation. The order is confirmed through the final payment action, which clearly indicates the obligation to pay. Available payment methods are those offered by Stripe.
Returning to the site after checkout does not itself confirm payment. Units are added after payment is confirmed and then appear in your account. With a delayed payment method, they remain pending until the payment succeeds. Failed or abandoned payments without a charge add no purchased credits. If an accepted payment does not appear in your balance, save its reference and contact the seller. Do not buy again just to resolve an uncertain display.
An order confirmation you can keep includes the offer, amount, accepted terms, and order reference. Available receipts are in the billing section of your account. Voyancea does not receive full card details. The date and version of your acceptance and any request for immediate service are kept with the order.
V5. Delivery, availability, and incidents
You can use units after payment is confirmed and your balance is activated, without undue delay. Purchased features must be provided as agreed. Security checks, limits on simultaneous requests, or maintenance may temporarily pause sending. These measures do not allow arbitrary cancellation of purchased units. The service is not intended for emergencies and does not guarantee an instant response.
If the service is not provided, ask the seller to provide it. If it is still not delivered within an additional reasonable period or without undue delay, you can end the contract as provided by law. An additional period is not required in certain cases, including when the seller refuses delivery or the agreed timing was essential. Extended unavailability or permanent closure cannot take away your remedies or leave paid units unusable without a resolution that respects your rights, including a refund of amounts due.
V6. Withdrawal and starting immediately
You have fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Before that period ends, use Withdraw from a purchase, the template below, or any clear notice to the seller. An acknowledgment you can keep records the contents and date of your request. Withdrawal is separate from canceling the next renewal of a subscription.
To use units immediately, you must expressly request that the service start before the fourteen days are up, by selecting a separate unchecked box. This choice does not itself remove your right to withdraw. If you withdraw after the service has started at your request, only the portion actually delivered before your notice may remain payable. For a pack, this is the price paid multiplied by the number of responses delivered from that pack, divided by its initial number of credits. For a subscription, it is proportional to the time the service was provided in the contract period. If you did not expressly request early service or did not receive the required legal information, you owe nothing for starting early.
The right to withdraw from a service fully performed during this period is lost only if you expressly consented in advance and acknowledged that you would lose the right after full performance. Adding credits to your balance alone does not deliver all responses in the pack. Warranty rights and remedies remain available even when the right of withdrawal has expired.
Any refund owed is made within fourteen days after your notice using the same payment method, unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost. You are not charged a withdrawal penalty or required to accept a refund only in credits. An acknowledgment of your request does not confirm that the bank refund has been completed. Its status is communicated separately.
Withdrawal notice template
Complete this only if you wish to withdraw.
To OPEN YOUR MIND, LLC, using the contact information in the legal notice.
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the following service. [Offer and order reference.]
Order date [date]. Consumer’s name [first and last name]. Consumer’s address [address]. Date [date].
Consumer’s signature, only if sending the notice on paper.
V7. Canceling a subscription
If you have subscribed, you can stop renewal by using the subscription management option in your account billing, without sending registered mail. We show the effective date and consequences before you confirm. Canceling for the next billing date preserves access through the already paid period, without a further charge. It does not remove credits you bought separately.
Withdrawal rights, termination for nonperformance, and warranty rights remain separate and may justify a refund. Deleting an account should not leave charges running. Check your upcoming payments and request billing closure before finalizing deletion. Contact the seller if the cancellation tool is unavailable.
V8. Statutory conformity warranty
The symbolic nature of the service and the limits of AI do not remove the obligation to deliver what you bought. For one-time supply or a series of separate deliveries, conformity defects that appear within two years of delivery are covered by the statutory warranty. For one year you do not have to prove when the defect appeared. For a subscription provided continuously, the warranty covers the full contract supply period. Updates needed to maintain conformity, including security updates, are due under the applicable rules.
You can ask for the service to be brought into conformity without charge, undue delay, or significant inconvenience. Depending on the severity and legal conditions, you may request a price reduction or termination with a refund, including where correction is refused, fails, or is unduly delayed. Report the defect to the seller and include your order reference. These rights apply independently of a commercial warranty and without prejudice to compensation or applicable hidden-defect rights.
See articles L. 224-25-12 to L. 224-25-26 of the French Consumer Code. The offer does not promise predictions, the accuracy of every sentence, or personal results. A made-up or dangerous response or a genuine service defect can be reported and reviewed under the applicable rights.
French statutory notice for response packs supplied once or through a series of separate deliveries
The consumer has two years from delivery of the digital content or service to exercise the statutory conformity warranty when a lack of conformity appears. For one year from delivery, the consumer must show only that the lack of conformity exists, without proving when it first appeared.
The statutory conformity warranty requires the trader to provide all updates needed to keep the digital content or service in conformity.
The statutory conformity warranty entitles the consumer to have the digital content or service brought into conformity without undue delay after their request, free of charge, and without significant inconvenience.
The consumer can obtain a price reduction while keeping the digital content or service, or end the contract and receive a full refund by giving up the digital content or service, in the following cases.
1. The trader refuses to bring the digital content or service into conformity.
2. Bringing the digital content or service into conformity is unduly delayed.
3. The digital content or service cannot be brought into conformity without charging the consumer.
4. Bringing the digital content or service into conformity causes the consumer significant inconvenience.
5. The digital content or service remains nonconforming despite the trader’s unsuccessful attempt to correct it.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or termination where the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination. In that case, the consumer does not have to ask for the digital content or service to be brought into conformity first.
If the lack of conformity is minor, the consumer may cancel the contract only if it does not require payment of a price.
Any period of unavailability while the digital content or service is being brought into conformity pauses the remaining warranty period until conforming digital content or service is provided again.
The rights above arise from articles L. 224-25-1 to L. 224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code.
A trader who obstructs the statutory conformity warranty in bad faith may face a civil fine of up to €300,000, which can rise to 10% of average annual turnover under article L. 242-18-1 of the French Consumer Code.
The consumer also benefits from the statutory warranty against hidden defects under articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code for two years from discovery of the defect. It gives the consumer the right to a price reduction if they keep the digital content or service, or a full refund if they give it up.

It gives the consumer the right to a price reduction if they keep the digital content or service, or a full refund if they give it up.
V9. Liability and consumer protection
The limits in section 6 apply to all responses. AI may be wrong even when it sounds confident. It cannot provide professional advice or evidence about the future or another person. You remain in control of your choices and should verify important information.
Using third-party AI models or servers does not exempt the seller from its legal or contractual obligations. No clause may exclude liability where the law prohibits it, take away a statutory warranty, impose conclusive evidence against the consumer, or remove the right to a remedy for a breach. A limitation of features cannot retroactively turn a paid offer into simple free access without a remedy.
V10. Complaints, mediation, and court proceedings
First send your complaint to the seller in writing and include your order reference and the resolution you want. You keep access to the competent courts. Mandatory arbitration, an exclusive foreign court, or a required preliminary mediation process cannot deprive you of your rights.
The applicable dispute resolution process must be identified according to where the seller is actually established before paid offers open. No undesignated mediator is presented as a service partner.
The seller’s establishment outside France does not take away mandatory consumer protections. Applicable law and the competent court are determined under the rules in force. A change to these terms cannot remove a right acquired under a previous order or change a price already accepted.
