You can submit your withdrawal notice and keep an acknowledgment of receipt.

Exercise your right of withdrawal
The usual period is fourteen days after the contract is concluded. The terms of sale explain your rights, starting service immediately, and refunds. Recording your notice does not confirm the refundable amount or that a refund has been processed.
You do not need to give a reason. Withdrawing from the purchase is separate from canceling a subscription renewal.
Sign in to the account you used to order to select an order and send your notice. If you cannot sign in, send the seller your name and order reference using the contact in the legal notice. Your right to withdraw remains available.
If an older order does not appear here or you cannot access it, you may use the template in the terms of sale or send any clear notice to the seller.
